Trip Interruption Policy

If a warranty-related issue happens while you’re away, the Trip Interruption Policy can help! If you’re more than 150 miles away from your home and your warranty-covered repairs take over 24 hours to complete, this policy can help provide expense benefits for your situation. Reimbursement costs for meals, lodging, or vehicle rental fees can be provided with this policy, limited to $100 per day and subject to a three-day maximum limit per incident. All you need to do is contact the Kia Consumer Assistance Center via the number provided in your car’s manual, and they will inform you if your situation meets the criteria for this policy.
