Hybrid Efficiency

The refreshed Carnival is available with two reliable powertrains. The V6 engine gets you best-in-class 287 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. If you want an electrified drive, the Kia Carnival is available with a turbocharged hybrid powertrain. It offers a best-in-class 271 pound-feet of torque. During the 2025 Carnival's reveal, Wager spoke about how hybrids are part of Kia's Plan S Strategy. This will help lead the industry towards a more innovative future with electrification.

"Carnival hybrid is the tenth electric vehicle in our lineup. Our hybrid models are for buyers who are looking for efficiency but are not yet ready for full EVs," said Wager. "Carnival hybrid gives owners exactly what they want by providing more fuel economy and great driving performance."

Technology

The Carnival multipurpose vehicle also comes with refreshed technology! The 24-inch combined panoramic display includes navigation and ensures you're always in control. This vehicle also includes 17 standard driver assistance features to make sure you're safe on the road. This multipurpose vehicle has a full-display mirror to help you see the road behind you. On the other hand, the blind-spot view monitor shows you a live video feed of your rear blind spots in your instrument cluster.
